Q: What is you favorite thing about field hockey?
Dappen: The team, because we have a lot of returning girls and most of the girls have been playing together since middle school so we’re all good friends.
Q: What do you look forward to most for the upcoming season?
Dappen: This year we have a big opportunity to be one of the strongest teams in the league because we have a lot of returning players and a big senior class. Our defense is very strong this year, and I’m think they will pose a big threat to other teams.
Q: What is you favorite thing about cross country?
DeVore: There’s a strong sense of unity. Everyone is really supportive of each other. Also, it’s a great way to stay in shape and have a lot of fun with some friends and to meet new people.
Q: What are you most looking forward to this year?
DeVore: This year, I’m probably looking most forward to being able to get my letter. I’ve been working to get that for my entire cross country career. Getting that will be a great achievement for me.
