Matthew Doron is a sophomore at UAHS and serves as a staff writer in his first year on Arlingtonian. Matthew is particularly passionate about politics and ensuring that the truth is heard. He understands that the press is an essential tool in keeping those in power accountable. Matthew has published multiple creative writing pieces and has won multiple awards for his oratory skills. When he is not writing, Matthew is a Freshman Mentor and the Vice President of Model United Nations. Outside of school, he is the Policy Director for Ohio Youth for Climate Justice and the Programs Director of Ohio High School Democrats of America. Matthew is likely to be found watching movies, attending political rallies or playing cards.
